Feedback from students through the Sports surveys undertaken earlier in the year, showed that a significant number of students wanted to do Yoga classes. This was duly organised by Ms Finnegan mid-way through the year and was extremely well attended and liked.

As part of Tech Week 2016, Lisa D'Arcy and Colette Talbot, employees of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and representing CWIT (Connecting Women in Technology) gave a talk about "IT is not just for geeks" to the TY Computer Studies class on 19th April.

In Computer Studies classes during Tech Week (18th - 22nd April) and at our Coderdojo@lunch club on Tuesday's, students had great fun exploring the Virtual Reality world afforded by Google Cardboard, while playing celery sticks and oranges to make music through a Makey, Makey!
