Read more →On Wednesday, 17th May, Ms Kenny and Ms Donohoe brought the 3rd Years to Ely's Arch for a Roman picnic and some games of trigon. Ely's Arch was the original entrance to Rathfarnham Castle.

Read more →On the 27th of April, all of TY and Ms. Caspi headed on our annual Neoclassical walking tour of Dublin. Students were divided into teams a month in advance to research a specific building and act as guide on the day.
Read more →Congratulations to the 16 students who competed in the Ides of March Quiz on the 25th of April in Blackrock College at 7pm. This was the return of the quiz after Covid. The last quiz was in 2020. 62 teams entered and Stratford came a very impressive 6th and 7th in the competition!
Read more →Jewish Arts and Culture Ireland (JACI) delivered a varied and unique programme to TY students covering a range of artforms and aspects of culture including poetry, literature, language, oral history, music, visual art, and heritage.
On 25th of March, 5th and 6th year Classics students attended a Leaving Cert lecture day in UCD. They attended seven 30 minute lectures on different topics related to the new Leaving Cert Classical Studies specification.

Read more →A huge congratulations to Caoimhe in TY who won the senior Young Classicist award 2023 on Tuesday, 14th March. Caoimhe was picked as a finalist to present her project on 'Disability in the Ancient Classical World' to a theatre of 420 people in the Newman building in UCD.
