In Chinese culture, tea is an art form—a practice of mindfulness known as Gongfu Cha, which literally translates to "making tea with skill." Our students transformed the hall into a traditional tea house by hosting a Chinese tea party with food and drinks to sample and share. Our students experienced a ritual that has connected people for thousands of years. Thank you to all involved for organising.
We are immensely proud to share that our students, Hao Wen and Ritvik, having already achieved incredible success at the Stripe Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition 2026, taking home the title of the Runner Up Group Award are going to San Francisco!
Their hard work, dedication, and innovative thinking has truly paid off. As a testament to the quality of their work, Stripe has invited them on an exclusive trip to the Stripe offices in San Francisco this coming April.
Seachtain na Gaeilge i gColáiste Stratford ended with a ceolchoirm showcasing an amazing array of talent from our students. Thank you to the Irish Department for all the planning and coordination of this week.

On the 28th of February the Sixth and Fifth year Classics and Drama, Film & Theatre studies students flew to Rome bright and early. We were flown there by past pupil Greg, First Officer. This added to the excitement of the trip. We visited the Pantheon where we got to see the sun through the oculus and the sheer scale of the building. This was the first time for many of the students seeing the building. We visited the Capitoline museum where we saw many interesting artifacts most notably the statue of Marcus Aurelius and Commodus on the first day.
Tá Seachtain na Gaeilge faoi lán seoil i gColáiste Stratford! D'imríomar Biongó sna ranganna inné. Bhuaigh na buaiteoirí uibheacha seacláide.
