On Wednesday, 11th September Paschal Donoghue, Minister of State for European Affairs, presented Ms. McCarthy and her Chemistry students, Michael Lawlor-Rojas and Rachel Jones with a prize of €500 for winning the 'Curious Experiments' video competition earlier in the year.
Read more →At the beginning of June, Ms. Finnegan, Ms. Reynolds and a group of 5th and 6th Year students successfully completed a 35km+ and 50km walk as part of their Bronze and Silver Awards for An Gaisce.

On Tuesday, 10th September co-ordinators from DCU's Y-PATH programme came to school to test all the 1st Year students. Y-PATH stands for Youth - Physical Activity Through Health. They will be tested again in May to gauge any changes.

On Thursday, 12th September the TY class hosted a coffee morning for the whole school, in aid of Our Lady's Hospice. They raised approximately €160 - so well done to everyone involved!
