The last day of the winter term always finishes up with a school quiz in the hall. Not this year! Due to Covid-19 restrictions all classes were in their base room and the TY's broadcast the quiz on Zoom from the Computer Lab. It was an extremely close competition over 7 rounds...

The TY's competed in the SciFest@Schools Technology competition with their coding projects on Thursday, 10th December. Two external judges joined the class through Zoom and Teams to judge each of the group projects!

Congratulations to Finn and Cian in 5th Year who won the "Berlin Long Night of Science" Award at the online SciFest National Finals on 21st November for their coding project called "Lost" which they started in TY. They won a three-day trip to Berlin in June 2021 to celebrate its Long Night of Science - when Berlin opens up its labs, libraries and musuems! How wonderful!
