Ms Finnegan and the TYs joined the online He@lthFest exhibition on Wednesday, 27th January. It is a free event aimed at teenagers and it featured experts in the areas of physical activity, nutrition and mental wellbeing.

The He@lthfest online exhibition was attended by approximately 8000 students nationwide. Ms Finnegan has also made a new 2021 PE & Wellbeing Padlet for this current lockdown.

There were some really good talks on nutrition, health related fitness, a hiit workout, a really good talk on mental health which was very relevant during this time and meditation.

They were running online engagement competitions and Jessica Lawlor (2nd Year) came 12th, while Benjamin Luntley (3rd Year) came 17th. Well done!

He@lthfest have made all their videos available for 1 month to watch if you are interested in watching any of the videos.
