The review of Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE) took place between June 2018 and March 2019. It was successful in gathering the views of a wide range of stakeholders, demonstrating the level of interest in this aspect of education. We are now engaging in consultation to ensure the findings and related draft advice is reflective of the needs of students, schools and parents.

World Book Day 2019 in Stratford College kicked off with high-powered fruit juices and smoothies made on the spot by the TYs, while students, staff and parents browsed the many, many books in the book sale. Student, staff and parents were actively encouraged to bring in two books and €2 to make it the best book sale and 'booky breakfast' ever! And it was - we raised €180 for St. Michael's House. The juices and smoothies were also awesome!

World Book Day is on Thursday, 7th March. The day will kick off with a 'Bring a Book, Buy A Book' sale in the school hall from 9.30am to 11am, in aid of St. Michael's House. Parents/guardians and students are all invited to the book sale and you can buy 3 books for the price of €2!! The TYs will be running the book sale.
