To start off another year of Book Club choices, the September Book Club selection "Rose under Fire" by Elizabeth Wein is the follow-up book to the best-selling novel, "Code Name Verity".

Stratford placed third in two competitions at Feis Maitiu

The drama class have had a very busy, energetic and productive term! The highlight of this term was Feis Maitiu. Feis Maitiu is an annual Speech and Drama festival that is held at The Mill Theatre, Dundrum and attracts entrants from all over the country.

Teaching English in Laos

2nd Year student, Alannah O'Byrne, visited Laos in February of this year. She writes about her experience of teaching English in the classroom on one of the days of her visit.

Silver Medals awarded in Music and Drama Public Speaking Exams

Congratulations to 1st Year students, Charlie Ward Pratt and Ana Jovanovic for winning a Silver Medal in their Grade One Leinster School of Music and Drama Public Speaking Exams which they undertook on Monday 19th May.

Stratford College Summer Reading Bingo

At the end of the summer term Ms. O'Kelly gave each student a Summer Reading Bingo sheet, challenging everyone to complete at least one row of four and to aim to tick off all sixteen boxes.
