World Book Day was celebrated on Thursday, 1st March... however the snow stopped our school celebrations this year. The plans were for a book sale and to dress up (it was also Purim on the 1st March). The 1st Years did work hard on our entry for the World Book Day Award. Unfortunately we didn't win any prize this year.

Matilda proved to be a major highlight of the term with two fantastic performances by all the cast on Wednesday, 20th and Thursday, 21st December. Will we forget Rudolpho and Miss Trunchbull?!! Matilda was a marvel, as was Miss Honey. Well done to everyone involved both front of stage and back stage. Huge credit goes to Mr Downes. Thank you for two fantastic nights!
