Throughout January Ms. O'Kelly has been withdrawing out-of-date books from the Library. These books are going to be sent to school libraries in India, Tanzania and Nigeria.

New books in the Library for January

More new books for the Library for the start of 2012. New books include Joseph Heller's "Catch-22" and Manga editions of "Hamlet" and "Romeo and Juliet"

January Book Club enthusiasts, Chad Greenblatt (1st Year), Niall Garvey (1st Year) and David Rigg (2nd Year) gather together to discuss the silent graphic novel, "The Arrival" by Shaun Tan.

New books in the Library for December

Mr. Conaghan's book, "The Boy who Made it Rain" and the latest edition of "The Official Driver Theory Test" are only two of the new books purchased for the Library.

Library student survey reveals last 5 books read by students

In September, Ms. O'Kelly asked all students to complete a survey about what they had read over the summer. Results reveal a fantastic variety of reading interests amongst our students.

"Bruised" by Irish author Siobhán, is the choice for this month's Book Club. Oscar McHale and Niall Garvey, both 1st Year students, give their thoughts about last month's Book, "The Speckled People" by Hugo Hamilton.

Arts Week 2011 - captured on camera, video and podcasts!

Arts Week 2011 (7th - 11th November) was jam-packed with activities, including trips to museums, acting and comedy workshops, French plays. Photos are now on the Gallery, podcasts can be listened to and videos are on YouTube.
