The TY Library prefects are organising this year's World Book Day book swap sale in aid of St Michael's House on Tuesday 10th March. We need books! Students are all being asked to bring in at least two books. Parents/guardians are invited too! The TYs will be serving delicious juices and smoothies as a 'Booky Breakfast'!

Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year. It is celebrated on the first day of the Jewish month of Tishrei. On Wednesday morning, 25th September, there was an assembly hosted by the Jewish Studies students and Rabbi Lent who spent time explaining the importance of the Jewish New Year holidays. Mrs Walsh explains further.

This year Purim was celebrated on Thursday, 21st March. All students and staff were encouraged to dress up as their Literary Hero - there was great creativity to be spotted! The theme was decided between Student Council and the Library prefects.
