Throughout September and October, Ms. Gordon's 1st Year English class were working industrially to create their own newsletters. Most of the work was done collaboratively and online using OneNote.

Times are a changin' in the 1st Year English classroom with Ms Gordon. 1Y have spent the early weeks in November not only examining Bob Dylan's lyrics but are using their OneNote class notebook to collaborate online to capture their work.

Currently the 1st Years are in the middle of reading lots of books raising money for the MS-Readathon and the school library. 2nd Years and TY students have been entered into the inaugural Great Reads Award. Students read the selected books and rate them. The school with the highest number of ratings forms will win a prize.

On Thursday, 20th October, the 6th Year English class saw a production of Shakespeare's 'Hamlet' in The Mill Theatre, Dundrum as they prepare for the Leaving Certificate English exam.

On Friday, 20th May, the Student Council organised an end-of-year Talent Show with the theme of flags to celebrate different nationalities represented in Stratford College. A history of each representative flag was explained by a student in between the many talented acts performed for the Show.
