TY Business students runners up in LEO SEP Dublin City Finals

Congratulations to the TY Business students - Luke Higgins, Yoan Perenovski, Cassie Murphy and Brendan Doorley - who not only reached the second stage of the LEO Student Enterprise Programme Dublin City Finals, but came second place with their project 'Teacher Tower' on Thursday, 24th March.

Junior Cycle Step Up Project report launched: results of Stratford College's teaching and learning practices

In 2018 Stratford College in Rathgar, Dublin 6 was one of 9 schools nationwide who were chosen to participate in a Department of Education initiative called Step Up. The goals identified for the Step Up project were to achieve higher quality learning experiences and outcomes for students through more effective implementation of aspects of the Framework for Junior Cycle (2015). Big Data - this year in Computer Studies classes all students from 1st year to 6th Year learned to understand what information is gathered by companies and organisations.

Massive congratulations to Ayush Tambde, 5th Year Computer Science student, for winning two awards (for a second year in a row!) at the BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition 2022 with his project called "A System For The Development And Execution Of Hybrid Classical/Quantum Tasks".
