The 4th Years enjoyed taking an active role in a Climate Literacy Sustainable Development module starting 5th September. The TYs were making connections linking systems such as technology-education-food-democracy.

Students in 1Y presented their personal historical objects to Ms Kenny and their classmates in History class on Thursday, 5th September. The range and stories behind each of the objects was spellbinding!

On Wednesday the 4th of September, 2nd year students went on an educational walking tour to learn about the poets, people and writers that had connections to our local area. We followed a walking map designed by the English Department.

The TYs and Dr McAdoo were busy in and around the school polytunnel on Thursday, 5th September planting lots of spring bulbs! They will be beautiful when they come out in early Spring 2025.

3rd September and the 1st Year Classics students are learning about the hierarchy of the Olympians by ordering them on the stairs.
The TYs and 1st Years went to Bushy Park with Ms Finnegan, Ms Maxwell, Mr Eppel and Ms Fanning to do a Scavenger Hunt on Friday 30th August!

30th August - TY Classics begin their Ancient Olympics module with a traditional ancient Greek stade.
The TYs, Ms Finnegan, Mr Brilly and Ms Fanning went to watch the Women's Irish Open Golf at Carton House on Thursday, 29th August.

On Monday, 26th August we held our first whole school assembly. Ms Donohoe welcomed us to our new Principal, Mr Barrett, our 1st years and all returning and new students in higher years. Rabbi Wieder welcomed us all back too.
