Stratford College marks National Mental Health Day

Wellbeing Day 1
NEWS / 10 October 2024

On Wednesday, October the 10th students and staff marked National Mental Health Day, a significant occasion to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and well being.

To show our support, we invited everyone to wear green, the colour symbolising mental health awareness. In addition to wearing green, we encouraged everyone to highlight how mental health and well being are connected and students came away with a deeper understanding of how mental health is intertwined with every aspect of life and learning. There was also “Just Dance” on in the hall at lunch time!

A great day was had by all and many thanks to Ms. Finnegan for coordinating such an important but fun day.
