Congratulations to 5th Year Computer Science student, Jed, who was invited to compete in the Bebras National Finals, held online, on Thursday 24th March. Over 8000 students competed in the first round of the competition, 300 students were invited to the Finals.

Since January, TY students have been transitioning from coding in Scratch to coding in Python in Computer Studies classes. The TY's were invited to participate in a Trinity College Dublin Computer Science research project using a learning tool called pytch.org. This tool is purposely built to help students move from coding in Scratch to coding in Python.
