Book Signing by Author Rachel Donohoe!

NEWS / 6 April 2022

We were delighted to welcome Rachel Donohoe into Stratford College. She very kindly donated signed copies of her book to the school. Rachel has just published her second book, 'The Beauty of Impossible Things'.

A superb seminal novel that brings a touch of magic realism to the Irish shores. It's a coming-of-age novel that has been compared to Francoise Sagan's, 'Bonjour Tristesse', who would have thought an Irish summer could evoke such sensuality.

Two 5th year students have been the lucky recipients of these novels for their outstanding creative writing, Sean Noonan and Jonah Miller. Perhaps they two will have a novel to publish one day!
