Stratford celebrated Maths Week 2019 from 16th - 18th October. The TYs set up an Escape Room, a Maths Games morning and Maths Scavenger Hunt. All classes were involved in the activities. In Computer Studies classes, students learned about Alan Turing and his visionary work on universal computers, code-breaking during World War 2 and artificial intelligence.

On Thursday, 3rd October students from TY visited the Dropbox offices on Hatch Street, Dublin 2. They were invited by CWIT (Connecting Women in Technology) to experience work-life in a high-tech company and to listen to presentations from Dropbox employees about their career paths. Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year. It is celebrated on the first day of the Jewish month of Tishrei. On Wednesday morning, 25th September, there was an assembly hosted by the Jewish Studies students and Rabbi Lent who spent time explaining the importance of the Jewish New Year holidays.
