In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.  

There are a range of resources including anxiety management advice, podcasts and webinars for parents such as this episode of the HSE Talking Health and Wellbeing Podcast

4th Year Students building Raised Beds

4th Year Students building Raised Beds

The 4th Years began construction of the raised beds today under the careful supervision of our caretaker John.  Learning life skills of instruction reading, drilling, and screwing them together and team work to create them.  Over the next few weeks these beds will be filled by the students with 2 tonnes of soil and winter plants so that we have crops in the Spring! Looking forward to all the broccoli, onions, potatoes, and beetroot!
