World Book Day 2015 is on Thursday, 5th March. A statement posed by the World Book Day Award competition was "Why we can't live without books". Look at the video of how Stratford College students responded to this.
Watch the following video to see why Stratford College students feel 'why we can't live without books'. Each student was asked to answer this question in English by Ms. Byrne and Mr. Stewart, which they wrote on a show-me board. Each were then photographed and the resulting video is a collection of those photos. The soundtrack has been painstakingly recorded by 6th Year student, Turlough Eccles of himself playing the harp. This video is a celebration for World Book Day and for Seachtain na Gaeilge. Enjoy!

In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
