Stratford students to participate in Online International Youth Summit hosted by Concern Worldwide

Agents of Change International Youth Event on 23rd April 2021 is designed to create a climate of positivity around taking action and inspiring young people to see themselves as Agents of Change. A number of Stratford students will be joining this online event.

3 young people will host the event and will introduce you to our guests:

- Valery Molay – NYCI Climate Justice Officer and former Irish UN Youth Representative

- Shorshor Bergussen – Fashion Designer and Social Entrepreneur based in Ghana

- Michael Doorly – our very own ‘expeienced’ active citizen

- Go Dance for Change – an Irish/Brazilian dance group - dancing their way to change

During the webinar you can also watch your ideas come to life in real time with our live, digital graphic artist, Blanche Ellis

Stratford reach the 2026 Young Environmentalist Awards Finals in RDS for the first time

Congratulations to 1st Year Computer Studies students - Yair, Liam and Giorgi - who made it to the ECO-UNESCO 2026 Young Environmentalist Awards Finals held on 12th May with their Scratch coding project called "Giorgi the Litter Fighter". This is the first time that a Stratford project has made it to the finals - so very impressive work!
