Tuesday,15th March 2016 has been designated by the Department of Education and Skills as Proclamation Day for all schools. Stratford College will be celebrating it by raising the national flag at 10am at a brief ceremony, followed by our annual Seachtain na Gaeilge concert at 2pm.
Stratford College has been invited to have representatives at a number of key national events as part of the Centenary Ireland celebrations. They include the National Flag Presentation Ceremony in Croke Park on Monday, 7th March and the Interfaith Service at the Remembrance Wall, Glasnevin on Sunday, 3rd April.
In addition on Tuesday, 15th March, Stratford will raise the National Flag in the school grounds at 10am as part of Proclamation Day, followed by the annual Seachtain na Gaeilge concert at 2pm.
In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
