Since Sunday, 19th April the Parents Association has organised a weekly CoderDojo@Stratford from 4pm - 5.30pm. Up to 20 pupils aged between 8-12 have been attending regularly, with students from Stratford College acting as mentors and lending their expertise, while the main programming expert is a parent from Stratford National School.

Some students of Stratford College participated in teaching younger children how to code using Scratch. It was a very fun experience for the students and the children being taught. The Parents Association organised this event and it ran for 5 weeks. Even some of the students learned new things about coding at the event. It was great fun for the children and the students alike and we can't wait for next year.
