The 5th Year Computer Science class visited Google HQ, Barrow Street on Friday 6th March to participate in an event celebrating International Women's Day with Ms O'Kelly and Dr McAdoo. We heard from many inspiring female Google engineers about their varied academic studies and career paths.

Students then competed in an extremely competitive Kahoot! all about Google. We also got to learn more about how Google's data centre's work so that users can get search results extremely quickly.
