On Thursday, 10th May, Kate Delaney and Siobhan Clancy from Make, Create, Innovate visited Stratford to host a Makey Makey workshop.

The TYs were tasked with creating a musical instrument completely of their own making from junk art. They then had to wire it up to a MakeyMakey and use software to make their own musical notes.

There were dragons, egg drums, musical chairs, compasses and retro record players created by the TYs. The 6th years joined half-way through and made their own musical instruments.

Each group presented their musical instrument at the end of the class! Fantastic creativity!
