TYs exhibit their science projects for SciFest competition

The TY students have done industrial amounts of work on their Science projects in the last few weeks in preparation for the SciFest competition on Tuesday, 3rd December.

Well done to all the TYs for their work. After a lot of consideration, the judges awarded prizes to the following students:

  • 1st: Robyn Ward-Pratt and Sean Brooks: "Foods that best affect your memory in a positive way"
  • 2nd: Emily Rowe, Katie Wilcoxson and Ruth Macartney: "The best type of music to enhance memory"
  • Innovation Prize: Joshua Wynne, Cian Glynn and Finn Nankivell: "Reaction test"

Next week, the TYs are presenting their Technology projects in their second of two SciFest competitions. From there, the winning projects will represent Stratford at the SciFest@College competition in TU Tallaght next May.
