TY students receive their Junior Cycle Profile of Achievement certificates (JCPA)

NEWS / 16 December 2019

Congratulations to the TY students who were formally presented with their Junior Cycle Profile of Achievement (JCPA) certificates on Friday, 13th December.

On Friday, December the 13th the current Transition Year Students received our Junior Cycle Profiles of Assessment (JCPA). We were given our reports and invited down to the Herzog Room by Ms. Gordon to discuss the JCPA. The JCPA is a report regarding our Junior Cert exam results but also our Classroom Based Assessment (CBA) results, this is the third year that the JCPA was awarded. Also included on the JCPA are our own personal comments describing how different experiences during the Junior Cycle course helped us learn new skills that are applicable to our lives and further education, such as communication and teamwork, and wellbeing. We would like to thank Ms. Gordon for setting up the Herzog Room for us and for providing us with cakes and beverages after the discussion.
