Throughout May, the TY students went sailing in Dun Laoighaire every Thursday afternoon. Hana Hughes (TY) and Sara Epstein (TY) write about their experiences.
I really enjoyed sailing because we had loads of fun learning all about the different parts of the boat. On our last lesson, we all went pier-jumping ... I would really recommend sailing.

I loved sailing. I had never done it before and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I hope to do it again someday. It taught me a lot about team work as it takes a lot get the sails up and running but when they were up, we were on our way!
