NEWS / 11 May 2020

A huge congratulations to The Writers' Group 2020 on publishing their ezine! They met most Thursdays to share their writing, to discuss books, and to take part in some creative writing exercises and competitions. I'm also delighted and proud to note that, Nellie Warren is going to have her short story published in the, 'Fighting Words', a supplement of the Irish Times for the second time!!

My thanks to Emily Rowe, a TY student, for taking the time to design the ezine and to all our contributors: the poets Caoimhe Acres and Carrie Barling in First year, the poets Aoibhe Dunne, Eva Corrigan and Alexey Gorelov in 5th year, the published short story writer Nellie Warren in 5th year and the agitator Jakob Miller in 6th year. We would love to see more students join our group next year for coffee, chats and telling tales.

Read and enjoy the eZine!

It mimics nature and so is more enticing to pollinators and native insects that need the food in Spring.
