NEWS / 29 April 2015

This year's annual school walk, organised by the 5th Year LCVP class on Monday, 27th April, was in aid of the Irish Heart Foundation. The school walk involves walking 10km of the Wicklow Way.1st and 2nd Year students, Greg Brenner, Jakob Miller and Shimi Tillman recount their experiences of the day.

A lot of the walk was uphill and felt a lot longer than 10km. There were great views and narrow paths.
Greg Brenner (1st Year)

When we started the walk it seemed like it would go on forever but when we got into it, it wasn't as bad as everyone thought. The views were lovely and it was a great walk.
Jakob Miller (1st Year)

As the walk began, climbing wasn't as hard as I had heard. By the summit I felt the effort in every step, so it was very relaxing when we finished.
Shimi Tillman (2nd Year)
