Stratford College are privileged to be one of the first institutions in the country to display the National Library of Ireland's World War 1 travelling exhibition since mid-February.
The National Library of Ireland has loaned Stratford College it's World War 1 travelling exhibition. It has been on display in the History Room and the Library since mid-February and will be returned to the National Library at the end of April. The National Library has an associated website - www.nli.ie/WWI - which is very interesting from an Irish perspective.
Ms. Kenny and Mr. Stewart have been focusing on World War 1 in History classes and Ms. Kenny also brought a group of Senior Students to the Imperial War Musuem in London at the end of March.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.

Stratford celebrated Wellbeing Week 2026 (5th - 8th May), a special week dedicated to promoting positive mental health, physical activity and cultural awareness. Students had the opportunity to take part in a variety of fun and engaging activities throughout the week, including walks, workshops, cultural events, sports, and wellbeing challenges.
