The Library is currently hosting a temporary exhibition on loan from the National Library of Ireland, entitled "Ireland from Maps". It will be exhibited throughout November, December and January.

The Library is currently hosting a temporary exhibition on loan from the National Library of Ireland, entitled "Ireland from Maps". It will be exhibited throughout November, December and January. It is a series of eight display banners. Each banner is displayed for a week. It goes into detail about how maps are made, historical maps of Ireland and terminology. Geography students will get an opportunity to study this exhibition further with Ms. McGuckin in class.

Stratford reach the 2026 Young Environmentalist Awards Finals in RDS for the first time

Congratulations to 1st Year Computer Studies students - Yair, Liam and Giorgi - who made it to the ECO-UNESCO 2026 Young Environmentalist Awards Finals held on 12th May with their Scratch coding project called "Giorgi the Litter Fighter". This is the first time that a Stratford project has made it to the finals - so very impressive work!
