NEWS / 18 March 2020

Ms Finnegan has created a padlet for Stratford students and staff to use during these closures. Padlet is an online virtual filing cabinet where Ms Finnegan shares workouts, challenges, different sports and wellbeing topics all in one place.

There are topics such as yoga, running, mindfulness, sports challenges, podcasts, healthy eating recipes, sports documentaries, Wellbeing apps, exercise playlists, dance and many more. There is something there to cater for everyone's preferred way to exercise.

If you click underneath a topic there are many activities to scroll through.

I will be updating it regularly and adding new and interesting activities to keep students physically active.
