1st to 5th Year students and some of the teachers, enjoyed the 10km sponsored walk along part of the Wicklow Way on Tuesday, 7th May. All funds are in aid of The Children's Medical & Reserach Foundation.

On a beautiful May morning (Tuesday the 7th) the school set off from Crone Wood car park, to walk a part of the Wicklow Way which skirts Djouce Mountain. After a few food and drinks breaks, the 10km walk ended above Lough Tay on the Roundwood-Glendalough road. Thanks to the 5th Year LCVP class and Mr. Desmond for organising a most enjoyable day!

This was also a fundraising walk in aid of The Children's Medical & Research Foundation (Our Lady's Children, Crumlin). You can also donate online on The Children's Medical & Research Foundation website by clicking here. For more photos go to the 2012-2013 web gallery.
