On Thursday, 27th March, the TY students were invited to a showing of all the top films submitted for the Youth Connect "Decent Work" competition. Kate Dempsey explains further.
"It was a really amazing show. We watched 20 films out of the 50 submitted for the competition. Unfortunately we didn't get chosen for an award."
Postscript from Ms. Reynolds: In April 2014, Kate was short listed in the Senior Category of the Bord Gais Theatre and Film awards. Her creativity and originality were commended.

As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
