NEWS / 26 September 2025

The 5th years visited the Cancer Revolution Exhibition in St Stephen's Green to learn about the disease itself as well as the old and modern techniques in its treatment and how Irish scientists and doctors have contributed to the research.

This event backed up the learning contained in the new Biology Specification as well as the SPHE curriculum. Field trips like this are essential for students in the new science specification so that they can experience science in real time and see real world applications of the classroom learning.
