On Thursday, 28th April the 1st Years went to visit Dublinia and go on a history walking tour of Dublin with Ms Kenny, Ms Corrigan and Ms Caspi.

Their guide for the day was past-pupil, Alan Swaine (2009) who made the tour so wonderful lively for the 1st years. The high points of the tour were hearing about the Vikings, Medieval Dublin and the 1916 Rising in Dublin.

The 1st years really enjoyed the afternoon and hearing stories about Siric Silkenbeard and Christchurch’s Cat & Mouse brought history to life.
