There were lots of Friendship themed events throughout the week culminating in a Friendship Fair on the Friday where the National School pupils came over to the secondary school. Laura Kelly in TY helped out at the Friendship Fair and writes about the morning.

Stratford College was awarded an ISPCC Anti-Bullying Shield Flag in September 2016.

"Friendship Week and the Friendship Fair was great fun and a good opportunity to mix with the primary school and the other years. I was in charge of the Friendship Tree which was a paper cut-out tree where students had to write on a paper leaf "what friendship means to me". This was a very innovative and creative idea to capture and appreciate student's ideas and views on friendship.

Read more →We welcomed our incoming First Years (2024) for a special visit and school orientation session today. With our current First Years on hand to guide and support, it was a fun filled few hours where everyone got to know each other, play games, meet teachers, learn about life in Stratford and find their way around their soon to be new school.
It was a delight to meet everyone and roll on September!!
Today, Friday 12th April, first year students engaged in an immersive reptile workshop, delving into a hands-on learning experience with a variety of fascinating creatures including snakes, lizards, turtles and spiders!
