Throughout late September and October, the TY students have been working with a Sky Mentor and visited the Sky Careers Lab. Cath Barry explains what they've been doing over the past few weeks.
Throughout late September and October, we, the TY students have been working with a Sky Living for Sport Mentor and we visited the Sky Careers Lab. At Sky Careers we were shown what it was like to work at Sky. We got a tour of the Communications Centre and got to use Virtual Reality (VR) Technology and an interactive wall full of videos and information. We were put in groups and had to complete challenges. It was a good experience and we got an insight into what its like to work in TV.

In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
