Yesterday (8th January 2014) I wrote an article for the paper as it was a task I was given, they said that it wouldn't be published due to that fact that I wasn't a journalist but said they would read it. When I came in this morning I was getting compliments and was told to look on the website, so I went on it to find that they had published it and said that I have a very unusual style of writing but they like it and that I have a great capability of becoming a journalist! In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
