Ms. Finnegan has been working closely with DCU's Y-Path Sport Science Research programme for the past three years. DCU has published a series of posters highlighting the importance of physical activity on a daily basis - regardless of age.

Stratford's P.E. Teacher, Ms Finnegan, has been working for the past three years with the DCU Y-Path Sport Science Research Programme, tracking the progress of the current 3rd year student's fitness levels.

DCU's overall findings to date are thought-provoking and highlight the importance of everyone aiming to do 60 minutes of physical activity per day. Stratford College's strategy towards sport is to take an holistic approach to encouraging each student to participate, as part of their personal development and attainment of lifeskills.
