3rd Year Maths student, Alannah O'Byrne was one of the students who partook in the Inter-Schools Maths Quiz on Wednesday, 21st January in Rathdowne School. She explains about what was involved.

The purpose of this quiz was to give the participants a taster of Applied Maths. Since Applied Maths isn't available as a Junior Certificate subject we found it quite challenging! But as a team we effectively pushed through and attemted the questions. I had a really great time and I learnt a lot from this quiz. Thanks to Ms. Conlon who attended the quiz with us.
