Rory O'Neill (3rd Year) outlines how well 3rd Year and 6th Year Classical Studies students did at the Ides of March quiz on Thursday, 10th March.
On Thursday 10th March, a number of 3rd Years and 6th Years participated in the Ides of March classical studies quiz in Mount Anville. Stratford College had representation on the highest-scoring teams, with myself, Killian McLoughlin (6th Year) and David Parfrey (6th Year) being members of the teams that came 2nd and 3rd. In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
