Hugh O'Rourke (5th Year) outlines the astronomy talk given to 3rd Year, TY and 5th Year Physics and Chemistry students during Science Week, on Wednesday, 17th November.
For Science Week (13th - 20th November) an astronomer came in to talk to us about the stars and space. It was a very interesting talk and help us understand what goes on behind a star
and how it all works. The Q & A sectoin was very interesting because he explained to us an awful lot about space we had heard of, but had never looked into.

In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
