Every year Mrs Walsh with the Student Council organise a food collection (non-perishable) as part of Mitzvah Week/Social Action week (14th - 18th November). Boxes of food were collected and brought to Focus Ireland on Tuesday ,13th December.
Mrs. Walsh and the Student Council organised a collection from each year as part of Social Action/Mitzvah Week, 14th - 18th November 2016. As part of Stratford College's participation in Mitzvah Week we held a food collection for Focus Ireland. Overall it was very successful, a large amount of non-perishable foods were donated by every year group to support this good cause. Thanks to Ms. Charry who brought the many boxes of food to Focus Ireland on Tuesday, 13th December. Thanks too to the TY girls who helped load the boxes into the car. Well done to the 1st Years who collected so much food.
A new Science Club has started on Mondays in the Science Lab where we get to do some quick and exciting experiments to fidget our extra science fix. This week students made self inflating monsters! All are welcome and Dr. McAdoo cannot wait to see you there!!

On Friday, 10th October Stratford College celebrated student achievements for the past academic year. We welcomed Colm Keegan - poet, writer, dramatist - as our keynote speaker who shared with us the transformative power of poetry.
