On Thursday, 19th December, Irish Olympic Slalom canoeist Eoin Rheinisch visited Stratford to talk with the TY students as a Sky Sports Living for Sport Athlete Mentor. Fiona Maguire (TY) explained the highlight of his talk to the class:
"He was very inspirational as it took him so many years to get to the Olympic Games and he had a very small chance of ever making it, but yet he persevered through it all and he accomplished his dream."

In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
