Interactive mathematical diagram of a Cyclic Quadrilateral

NEWS / 15 October 2012

For Maths Week Ms. McCarthy has created an interactive mathematical diagram of a Cyclic Quadrilateral using Geogebra.

Theorem: Cyclic Quadrilateral

Theorem: Opposite angels in a cyclic quadrilateral add up to 180°.

Instructions: Move vertices around the circle to see the changes in angles. Note that the angles still add up to 180°.

NOTE: If you do not see an interactive mathematical diagram, created with GeoGebra, you must download Java software so that your browser can display it correctly. Go to the Java website now and click the 'download now' button! It should take about 5 minutes for you install.
