TY Business students, Carmel Grey, Fiona Maguire and Christina Greene have been extremely busy producing a Yearbook as part of their mini-company venture.
Mini-company name: Flashback Ltd
Team members: Fiona Maguire, Carmel Grey and Christina Greene.
Research: We carried out marketing research by getting each student to fill out a survey stating how much they would be willing to pay for the yearbook and what content they would like in the yearbook.
Product: A4 Yearbooks
Promotion: A major poster campaign consisting of one A4 poster per floor as well as a large poster in the main hall. We also promoted the yearbook on the school website and at form time
Price: €10.00 per yearbook
Place: We plan on selling them during breaks throughout the school day.

On Thursday 21st May, Ms Donohoe, Ms McGill and the 3rd Year Classics students walked to nearby Ely Arch beside the River Dodder. As part of Junior Cycle Classics, students have to compare a building in their local area with a building in Rome.

As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous (and acrobatic) play! The Teachers came out victorious.
