One Family, an Irish organisation that supports one-parent families, is organising an art competition and a free picnic to celebrate Family Day on Sunday, 13th May. Schools and community groups around Ireland are invited to draw or paint their family portraits for Family Day. The winner will receive €500. Students can draw or paint their family portrait on an A4 sheet. Drop it into any EBS office or post it to One Family, 2 Lower Pembroke Street, Dublin 2. See www.familyday.ie for more details.

This year One Family is celebrating its 40th anniversary of supporting one-parent families.
A new Science Club has started on Mondays in the Science Lab where we get to do some quick and exciting experiments to fidget our extra science fix. This week students made self inflating monsters! All are welcome and Dr. McAdoo cannot wait to see you there!!
