Ms. Kenny and a group of Senior History students attended the opening lectures of the Dublin Festival of History recently in The Printworks, Dublin Castle. Lecturers included Martin Bell and Robert Harris. 5th Year student, Sonny Daly describes the experience.

"We attended the Russian Revolution lecture at The Printworks in Dublin Castle on Friday, 29th September along with many other people. It was an interesting insight into the life lived in Russia under Lenin and Stalin's rule through primary sources and expert historians. There was a journalist who's father established the British Communist Party and some excellent questions were posed by members of the public. The debate was an exhilarating way to spend a Friday evening."
